- Formulation, revision and implementation of systems related to the School’s talent cultivation;
- Student ideological and political education, including student Party building and League building;
- Student safety and stability management;
- Student admission education, military training and national defense education;
- Employment guidance, data statistics and follow-up research for graduates;
- Daily management and services for students (including international students), as well as scholarship and grant evaluation;
- Selection, management and assessment of student counselors and class teachers;
- Statistics, collection and distribution of work-study funding;
- Complete other tasks assigned by leaders and cooperate with other departments.
1. Assume overall responsibility for all daily operations of the Student Affairs Office.
2. Be in charge of Party building work among students.
3. Administer comprehensive student administrative affairs.
4. Conduct ideological and political education for postgraduate students and joint-training students.
5. Take charge of student military recruitment, campus safety & stability management, and student mental health services.
6. Complete other work assigned by the college leadership.
1. Undertake work of the Communist Youth League and student union organizations of the college.
2. Provide student employment guidance, internship & practical training coordination, and career development counseling services.
3. Manage the filing and administration of student personnel archives.
4. Deliver ideological and political education for undergraduate students.
5. Assist in implementing relevant work concerning student safety and campus stability.
6. Complete other work assigned by the college leadership.
