    • Management of instruments and consumables at joint training bases;
    • Safety management of joint training bases;

    • Organization and credit recognition of academic reports for Hainan special-program postgraduates;
    • Communication and collaboration with local authorities in Hainan and relevant departments within the university;
    • Completion of other tasks assigned by leaders and coordination with other departments.

1. Assume overall responsibility for all daily operations of the Hainan Special Program Postgraduate Joint Training Base.

2. Administer routine management of laboratories under the Hainan Special Program.

3. Provide auxiliary support for academic affairs of postgraduates enrolled in the Hainan Special Program.

4. Assist in conducting ideological and political education for Hainan Special Program postgraduates.

5. Carry out communication and coordination with local competent authorities, partner universities, research institutes, as well as relevant internal departments of the university.

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the college leadership.
